RETURN AND EXCHANGE

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
The Return and Exchange Policy is only applicable to purchases made through AmberAvenue.com.
Final Sales items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.

To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must be returned unworn and unwashed, with the tag intact.
Returns are accepted within 7 days from date of shipment.

Conditions to qualify for return and exchange are as follow:
1. There is defect in our merchandise. Defects include holes, missing parts, faulty stitching and discolouration.
2. Wrong merchandise size shipped.

We do not do exchange for items that does not fit as the measurements are clearly provided on our site.

Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. Amber Avenue strongly encourages you to use a delivery service with tracking capability we will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange.

Amber Avenue will only reimburse the normal postage to have the item sent back to us.
The cost of envelopes will not be refunded.
You may choose to re-use the envelope the item was originally packed in if you are uncomfortable with using your own.

All items to be returned must be done so within 7 days.
Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item.

For items that are deem defected by Amber Avenue, we will exchange for the same item that is still in stock. In the event that the item is out of stock, Amber Avenue will allow it to be exchanged to another item of equal or higher value (top-up required). Alternatively, a credit note will be issued (valid for 2 months). There is strictly NO refunds for items sold.

Parcel will be sent out via normal postage. Should you wish to opt otherwise, please inform us (topup is required).

I HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTED / FAULTY ITEM
At AmberAvenue.com, we seek to provide you top quality items. We apologize to have mailed a defected / faulty item. You can email us at exchange@amberavenue.com or contact our Customer Service Team.

We aim to resolve any issue with a defected / faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the defect / fault. Please include the order number and also as many details as possible about the problem and we will get in touch with you ASAP.

I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER

We will aim to resolve any issue with an incorrect item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the mistake. Please include the order number and also as many details as possible about the problem and we will get in touch with you ASAP.

AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER
