SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER
After your payment’s been verified, you will receive an email informing you that your order’s in the midst of preparation for delivery. Once it’s been shipped out from our Warehouse, you’ll receive an email notification as well. To check on your order status, do log in to your account and view ‘History and details of your orders’.

Local Delivery
Once you placed and paid for your order, your item(s) will reach you 3-5 working days (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays) after it have been dispatched from our Warehouse. You may either opt for normal or registered postage when checking out.

Normal Delivery:
The cost of normal delivery charges range from SGD 0.80 to SGD 3.50 depending on the weight and size of item. Please note that order tracking is not available for normal postage deliveries and Amber Avenue is not responsible for lost of normal mails. Kindly wait 3-5 full working days for your order to arrive.

Normal Delivery with Certificate of Posting (COP):
The cost of normal delivery charges range from SGD 1.00 to SGD 3.85 depending on the weight and size of item with an additional COP which cost $0.20 per delivery. COP is a proof of delivery that Amber Avenue has duly delivered your parcel to Singpost. Amber Avenue is not responsible for lost of normal mails.

Registered Delivery:
The cost of registered delivery charges range from SGD 1.00 to SGD 3.85 excluding a fixed charge of SGD 2.24. You may track your parcel with this delivery method. You may log into your account to retrieve your registered parcel number. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care for your parcel details. If you are not around when the parcel was being delivered, the postman will leave a collection slip for you to pick the parcel up at your nearest post office.

International Delivery:
We ship all parcels via Singpost. To find out the cost of shipping to your country, simply sign up an account with us, add your desired items to the cart and use the fast and easy shipping calculator to receive a quote.

Countries in Asia & Pacific (Excluding Australia, New Zealand, Japan): 4 - 6 Working Days
Other Countries: 6 - 12 Working Days
