DO I NEED TO SIGN UP FOR AN ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE?
Yes! Setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us, and will give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, and first-hand news of our exclusive discounts and special offers.
You can sign up right now, or you can start shopping straight away and set your account up when you check out, whichever suits you best.
WHAT IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?
Click on ‘Forgot your Password’ under My Account or Log In found at the top right corner of our webpage and key in the email address you used to register your account. A new password will be sent to your email address.
HOW CAN I CHANGE INFORMATION IN MY ACCOUNT PROFILE?
You can change your personal information in your account by signing in to your account to change information. For security reasons, you are required to key in your current password to confirm the change.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN AN ITEM IS PENDING/SOLD OUT/UNAVAILABLE/OUT OF STOCK?
When that happens, please click on “Join Waiting List” in the product page. We will contact you should any deal fall through or if additional pieces are made available.
I DID NOT RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR MY PURCHASE
Check your spam folder of your email as the invoice could have landed in there. If it is not in your inbox/spam folder, you can email us at enquiries@amberavenue.com or contact our Customer Service Team.
DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE?
We currently provide mostly free-sized apparel. Under each Product Description, we will provide the measurements of each piece and a gauge of the range of sizes it can fit.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Internet Banking/ATM Transfers
We accept payment via DBS/POSB/UOB Internet Banking and DBS/POSB/UOB ATM Transfer. This has to be done within 24 hours upon checkout. We will not hold your item for more than 24 hours from the time you checkout.
For DBS/POSB/UOB ATM transferees, please remember to keep your receipt after you have transferred. Please scan/take a picture of your receipt and attach it to the e-mail when informing us of your payment. We will not be able to process your order without a receipt.
